5901 Indiana Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34652 October 16-31
Open weekdays 12-8pm, Saturdays 9am-9pm and Sundays 11am-6pm

The Pumpkin Patch and Free Fall Family Festival are coming to the Community soon. The Patch Fundraiser is hosted by Boy Scout Troop 8. Proceeds will help fund camping trips, camping supplies and Scout awards. The pumpkins are raised in New Mexico by the Navajo Indians and support their reservation and way of life. Hundreds of Pumpkins set under the mighty oak trees provide the perfect backdrop for the Free Fall Family Festival on October 24th from 10am-4pm. The historic church is celebrating its 100 years with a blood drive and canned food drive. The One Blood Mobile will be open from 11am-3pm for persons aged 16 and older. Families may also bring old and tattered flags for the Scout Flag burning ceremony at 2pm. Children will be given a Pumpkin Passport and a free anniversary pin after visiting completing the craft stations.

The festival will be filled with volunteers offering free face painting, crafts, and games with prizes, hayrides, labyrinth exploration, bounce house, and stain glass tours. The fun-filled day that will include music, cakewalks, pie eating contests, a dunk tank and Scarecrow factory.

Artwork and Crafts made by Red Apple students will be available for sale. Proceeds help support the Red Apple School. While families pick out their perfect pumpkin, they will have an opportunity to win a free children’s bike.
